Refund & Cancellation Policy
COVID 19 cancellation policy.
Temporary Policy- We require a minimum of 24 hr cancellation notice via text, phone, or email. During this time, we are taking all measures to assist our clients with these last-minute cancellation requests. If your request isn't received in a timely manner. We reserve the right to charge the full cost of your service price.
5 Star Mobile Salon, requires a 48 hrs cancellation notice via text, phone, and or email to receive a full retainer refund. We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment for ANY reason that you show common courtesy and contact us within 48 hrs from the time your appointment was set by email, phone or text. Failure to do so will result in your deposit being forfeited and the card on file being charged the full-service price. NO EXCEPTIONS. Proper notice will allow us to extend services to other patrons.
Otherwise, the retainer fee(s) becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. If your appointment is canceled after 24hrs you will be charged the full-service price. If (Human hair) products are custom made for a service and the appointment is canceled, 50% of the product cost will be charged. Misrepresentation of your location will result in the cancellation of your appointment and future bookings will be prohibited. RETAINER WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
In order to guarantee your appointment, your deposit is due at the time your appointment is set. The amount will be deducted from your total service.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
Effective as of 1/1/2021 - NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, ONLY ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS. CREDITS Can be used for other services,
5 STAR BEAUTY BRAND PRODUCTS, or Hair goods equal to the cost of E. Gift card or greater.
Even exchanges are offered for a replacement if your item is damaged due to delivery shipping, carrier, or on-site purchases. Please provide proof via video or pictures and send them through text to 571-296-3296 or email at [email protected]
